Organized in 1972, the IICRC sets standards for inspection, cleaning, and disaster restoration. This is the world's most recognized body of certification. Not only are Medalist and 24/7 certified firms, they have a master cleaner on staff which is the highest achievement possible in the IICRC.

Medalist cleaning delivers a great job for a fair price. I live in a retirement community. Each of us have our own apartments. Medalist cleaning comes and cleans I would say over 50% of our apartments. Nice honest people. Privately owned which means a lot these days.
